When you sign in, the dashboard uses your Discord account identity. When loading the server selector, it requests the Discord servers available to your account. Server IDs and settings are sent to the configured ElyraX bot API when you use dashboard controls.
Authentication and credentials
The Discord access token is retained in the server-managed NextAuth session and is not included in the browser session payload. Bot API keys, OAuth client secrets, and the bot token are server-side configuration values.
Bot data and retention
The dashboard repository does not define the bot backend's storage, retention, or message logging policy. Those practices depend on the deployed bot backend and the logging modules enabled by each server administrator. Review those settings with the ElyraX team before use if you need specific retention guarantees.
Service providers
ElyraX relies on Discord for authentication and bot platform functionality, and on the selected hosting provider for dashboard delivery. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.
Questions and requests
The dashboard does not currently provide a self-service export or deletion control. Contact the ElyraX team through the support server to ask about a data request or privacy question.
